Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using xstacy360 ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and xstacy360.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services. By continuing to access or use the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update any changes to your information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, wallet addresses) and for all activities occurring under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach that comes to your attention.
• We reserve the right to disable any user account, password, or other identification at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, tax evasion, or any illegal activity under applicable local or international law.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits, referral restrictions, withdrawal caps, or promotional rules.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's security, APIs, smart contracts, or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, impersonating, or engaging in abusive or discriminatory behavior toward other users, staff, or representatives of xstacy360.
• Introducing any malware, viruses, worms, or other harmful code through the Platform or its services.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform unless expressly authorized in writing by us.
• Engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or any other form of deceptive trading practice.

Trading & Investment Risk Disclosure

• Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are highly volatile. Prices can fluctuate rapidly and unpredictably, resulting in significant gains or losses. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.
• All investments, trades, and staking activities are made at your own risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You should consult qualified independent professionals before making any investment decisions.
• Smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, and third-party service failures may impact transaction execution or result in delays.
• Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction may affect the legality or availability of certain features or services on our Platform.

Fees, Payments & Withdrawals

All applicable fees, including trading fees, withdrawal fees, staking fees, and network gas fees, will be clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Platform.

xstacy360 reserves the right to modify fees at any time. Fee changes will be communicated through our website or via email notification. Continued use of the Platform after fee changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated fee structure.

• Withdrawals are subject to security verification, anti-fraud checks, and compliance with applicable KYC/AML regulations.
• Processing times may vary based on network congestion, payment method, or additional security reviews. Standard processing is within 0–24 hours.
• You must withdraw to the same payment method or wallet address used for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party wallets may be delayed or rejected for security reasons.
• xstacy360 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel withdrawals if suspicious activity, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change based on platform policy and regulatory requirements.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, software code, graphics, designs, and other materials displayed on xstacy360 are the exclusive property of xstacy360 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, or commercial exploitation of any material from this Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xstacy360, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Market volatility, trading losses, liquidations, or failed transactions due to network congestion, exchange outages, or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials or from phishing, social engineering, or malware attacks.
• Delays, interruptions, errors, or defects in service delivery despite our reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and functionality.
• Any content, actions, or omissions of third parties, including other users, external exchanges, or linked websites.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

xstacy360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, fraud, or unauthorized activities.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Compliance with legal orders, subpoenas, regulatory requirements, or government requests.
• Extended period of account inactivity as determined by our internal policies.
• Any other reason we determine, in our sole discretion, is necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or our business interests.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees, charges, or obligations. We may retain certain data as required by applicable laws, regulations, or internal compliance policies. You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at support@xstacy360.net.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which xstacy360 operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts in the jurisdiction of xstacy360, as required by applicable law.

Both parties agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be conducted in the English language, and each party waives any right to a jury trial.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, industry standards, or business operations. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates the most recent revision.

We encourage you to review these Terms regularly. In the event of material changes, we will provide notice through our website, email notification, or in-app alerts. By continuing to access or use the Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
